AI Delivery Assurance
AI programmes stall. Kudo Advisory makes sure yours doesn't.
The gap between an approved AI programme and delivered business results is where most enterprise AI value is lost. Deadlines slip. Scope creeps. Stakeholder alignment erodes. Governance gaps emerge. Vendors overpromise. And by the time the programme reports to the board, it's explaining why it hasn't delivered rather than demonstrating what it has. Kudo Advisory provides independent delivery assurance, embedded oversight that keeps your AI programme honest, aligned, and moving towards the outcomes you promised your board.

How we work
Programme Health Assessment
We conduct an independent, structured assessment of your AI programme, reviewing delivery against plan, stakeholder alignment, governance structures, vendor performance, and the connection between programme activity and the business outcomes originally promised.
Risk Identification & Remediation Planning
We identify the delivery risks that are most likely to derail the programme, and work with the programme team to design realistic mitigation actions, prioritised by impact and urgency.
Governance & Reporting Setup
We establish the governance structures and reporting rhythms that will give the board and executive team clear, honest visibility of programme progress, including a framework for measuring actual business value delivered versus what was promised.
Ongoing Oversight & Intervention
We provide ongoing delivery oversight, attending key programme milestones, facilitating stakeholder alignment where friction is blocking progress, and escalating risks before they become problems. Typically monthly or fortnightly engagement.
UAE & Middle East Context
Why this matters in the UAE
In the UAE, enterprise AI investment is significant and growing. But the pressure to show results fast, driven by national AI ambition and board expectations, creates the conditions for delivery failure. Scope gets added. Timelines compress. Governance gets bypassed. Independent delivery assurance is especially valuable in the UAE context because it provides boards with the confidence that their AI investment is being executed properly, and gives programme teams the external discipline to maintain the standards their governance frameworks require.
Frequently asked questions
When should we bring in delivery assurance, at the start or mid-programme?
Both. Ideally, delivery assurance is established at programme initiation, before the governance gaps and delivery risks have had time to compound. But many of our delivery assurance engagements begin mid-programme, when a sponsor has lost confidence in the delivery trajectory or when a board is asking harder questions about progress. Recovery is always possible.
Does delivery assurance replace the programme manager?
No. Delivery assurance is an independent oversight function, it works alongside the programme manager and delivery team, not instead of them. The programme manager owns the delivery. Kudo Advisory provides independent perspective, challenge, escalation and stakeholder facilitation.
What does a delivery assurance engagement look like month to month?
Typically: a monthly programme review with the sponsor and programme lead; fortnightly check-ins with the delivery team; a board or executive update every 6-8 weeks; and ad hoc intervention when specific risks or blockers require it. The intensity scales with programme risk and urgency.
