Kudo Advisory is an independent AI advisory firm based in Dubai. We help enterprise leaders across the Middle East turn AI investment into governed, measurable business outcomes.
Our mission
Kudo Advisory was founded in 2026 with a single, clear purpose: to close the gap between AI ambition and enterprise execution. Across the Middle East, organisations are investing heavily in AI - but many are struggling to convert that investment into operational results.
We work with CIOs, CDOs, CEOs and transformation leaders who need more than a technology vendor. They need a trusted, independent advisor who understands both the strategic language of the boardroom and the practical realities of delivery.
Our approach is outcome-led and vendor-independent. We do not sell software or implementation services. We have no commercial relationships that would bias our recommendations. We are accountable only to the business outcomes our clients define.
The name Kudo comes from the Japanese word 駆動, meaning drive or propulsion. It reflects exactly what we do: turn AI intent into forward motion.

Vijay Jaswal is the Founder and CEO of Kudo Advisory, an independent AI advisory firm based in Dubai. He founded Kudo Advisory in 2026 to bridge the gap between AI ambition and enterprise execution - helping organisations across the Middle East convert AI investment into governed, measurable business outcomes.
Before founding Kudo Advisory, Vijay served as CTO for Asia-Pacific, Japan, Middle East and Africa at IFS, where he led enterprise AI and digital transformation across mining, utilities, manufacturing, energy and infrastructure sectors. He spent over 17 years at Software AG, holding senior roles including CTO for Middle East, Turkey and Africa, and Pre-Sales Director for EMEA.
In parallel with Kudo Advisory, Vijay serves as Chief Commercial Officer in an advisory capacity at ByteSpark.ai, an AI-native platform that redefines how talent is identified and matched responsibly at scale.
Vijay is a regular international speaker on enterprise AI, AI governance and operational intelligence, advising organisations on how to adopt AI responsibly while protecting data, IP and competitive advantage. He has been named one of the Top 50 Technology Leaders in the Middle East and has 13,000+ followers on LinkedIn.
